Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Heavy Truck Driver to join our logistics and transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty vehicles to transport goods and materials across designated routes.

Operate heavy-duty trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to assigned destinations
Inspect vehicle before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects
Load, secure, and offload cargo in compliance with safety standards
Follow assigned routes, traffic laws, and delivery schedules strictly
Maintain accurate trip records, delivery logs, and fuel usage reports
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and logistics coordinators during trips
Ensure proper handling and protection of goods in transit to prevent damage or loss
Adhere to all company safety policies and road safety regulations
Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report major mechanical issues promptly
